How to become eligible for free service:

1. Have the person you wish to refer call our sales line at 877-349-9648 (Toll Free) or visit our Web site at www.innovativeminds.com to sign up for our ONE PLAN PLUS account. The person MUST give your user name (log-on name) at the time of sign up. Otherwise, we will not be able to assign credit toward your renewal. Your user name can be filled out in the comment section of the order form when they sign up. You will receive an email confirmation for each account you referred to us.

2. Once the referral has been established, you will receive credit towards your account. Referrals are established upon receipt of payment for the new account.
3. Upon your annual renewal, Innovative Minds will deduct your credit from the renewal fee and we will bill you accordingly via Email.
4. The person you wish to refer must sign up for a minimum of one year with our ONE PLAN PLUS account. The account have to be prepaid for one year's term. Monthly payment accounts DO NOT apply to this special offer.
