Absolutely. You can use your account for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web has become a most efficient and cost-effective means of making information available to the users of the internet community. Our ONE PLAN PLUS can be upgraded to have the SSL data encryption feature. SSL provides an environment whereby payment information (such as a credit card number) can be transmitted from the web browser to a web server in an encrypted mode.

Yes. We are pleased to have customers around the world and we are as close as your computer. If desired, we can host non-US domain name extensions. Please make sure your choose the correct top-level registry in our online order form.

What contract and payment options do you offer ? - Top

 

You can rent our hosting package on a monthly or annually basis. For monthly payments we gladly accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Annual payments can be made by the options above and also by personal or company checks. Please review our policy for furthur info.

It is our policy NOT to host adult oriented web sites.

Can I check your hosting/company policy somewhere ? - Top

 

Yes. Every new customer needs to read and agree to our web hosting policy or they cannot submit an account application. We have published our entire terms/service policy here so everybody can check our policy at anytime.

How does Innovative Minds stand on spamming ? - Top

 

We do have a strict policy against spamming!
Users who spam via E-mail, newsgroups, etc. are not allowed on our web servers. We define "spamming" as the distribution of unsolicited e-mail to other users or user groups that did not specifically ask for the information. It doesn't matter if you use our mail servers to spam or if your hire a company to send those mailings for you. This is a zero toleration policy! Spamming is not allowed with any Innovative Minds account.

If we find out that you have been abusing our unsolicited e-mail policy your account will be canceled immediately. In cases where an account is canceled for SPAM abuse a charge of $200 is automatically added to the client's bill.
