Terms and Conditions

The terms below are an important part of the service contract between you and Innovative Minds. Once you apply for our service, you have to agree to this terms and conditions or your order will not be processed. The following words used in context of the Service Contract are defined as follows:

"Provider" Innovative Minds, LLC
"Client" The person or entity who is applying for virtual Server or Web hosting services

The Provider agrees to provide, and Client agrees to receive, access to the virtual server or Web hosting services according to the following terms and conditions:

1. Upon our acceptance of the client's request, the client must follow our hosting policies.
2. The customized plan may or may not be applicable to additional add-ons or upgrades to the current services offered. Certain setup charges may apply for add-on additions should the add-on be available to Client's customized plan.
3. Innovative Minds reserves the right to alter, stop or propose discontinuation of the customization hosting section at any point without any liabilty to client.
4. Innovative Minds reserves all rights to accepting or rejecting any or all requests.
5. Client will customize a service plan under the products offered by Provider, and agrees to receive services according to the services selected.
